customer service apparently does not respond to email an there is no way to contact by phone i have received a free portrait coupon from bark box an have contacted crown & paw three times that i was having trouble uploading a photo one week later an still no response. very disappointed.

Hello all, for those of you who are experiencing the same; lack of communciation, automated response, non-shipment of item.... I ordered early November to receive in time for Christmas- this was over a month ago. There seems to be a large number of people experiencing the same as evident in the sheer volume of complaints the company is receiving on its social media platforms. Can I advise you contact your bank for an immediate reversal of payment. This company is taking payment for orders it has no intention of fulfilling. Do not use and if you have ordered- speak to your bank immediately!

For those of you who 1. Never received your product. 2. Tried to track your order but only get this "WORKING ON YOUR ART Your order is with our art team and your pet portrait is being designed! Orders are generally ready to ship within 10 days, but please allow a few days extra during busy periods." 3. Enquired by emailing them over and over only to have them try to seemingly prolong your order without giving you an date of arrival. 4. Also received a message like this: "Your order, order, is currently in the artwork creation phase. During this phase the artist hand-draws the pet digitally, and the artwork then undergoes an in-house review to maintain and ensure quality. This is the most time-consuming phase, and once complete, your order should quickly move through our production team and in to printing and shipping. If there's anything else I can help with, please let me know. Thanks, Maria Crown & Paw" With NO updates or changes to your SPECIFIC order. Please comment below. We need to figure out away to make sure these people don't just take our money - which they have done to a lot of us. There's no way in hell they should or will get away with this. Something terribly wrong here, and we have to do something about it.

They do not send you the product. Ive been waiting weeks and have sent over 8 emails. they've never responded. Total scam site!

This company lies about turnaround time. Folks have been waiting for months. I ordered in early November for a Christmas gift that won't be done in time. Now even though nothing is done they won't let me cancel.

Fairly certain this company is a scam. Placed an order, they charged my card immediately, then after the due date for shipping passed, found my order # was not valid on their site. There is no way to reach them by phone. I emailed and eventually got a reply that my issue had been forwarded to the "appropriate" team. Very vague and random response to a missing order that has been paid for. UPDATE 12/16: After writing the above review and one on BBB, and disputing my charges on AMEX and AMEX (I think not being able to reach them for a reply) crediting me, I finally got some human replies mixed in with all the auto replies. Over the course of 2 weeks, I did end up getting my purchase and the quality was decent. That said, I would NEVER purchase from this company again. I did the work myself in the interim (took me only a couple of hours) in photoshop and had it printed locally on canvas (for less money). Their photoshop quality was better but not enough for the stress of this experience. I think they are beyond overloaded for the level of staffing they have. Their autoreply emails are more disturbing than helpful. Until they are staffed to do the load they are receiving, I still do not recommend buying from them. In fact, these days, I will not buy from a company that does not have a phone number for Service on their website. So -- No longer think they are a scam but definitely do not recommend.

I order a canvas at the end of October to Hong Kong for Christmas and never arrivee Cecilia Worley

It has now been 4 weeks and 3 days since I placed my order. It is still not here. I have sent 9 emails and all I can be told is that it is in processing. This was for a birthday present for someone that happened last week. I am really disappointed and can't believe that they can have such awful customer service. I have not seen any picture for preview and am wondering if this is ever going to ship.
