Our sweet Biff left us a week ago. We ordered one of these that I should have done while he was still alive. It only took 1 week from order, to proof to delivery. It looks amazing. And it's something we will treasure forever

Fast turn around and looks good! Didn't request any changes to the first proof. Only downside was it shipped earlier than expected without an email notice causing the recipient to see the package name before I could snag it and ruined the surprise. That may have been the delivery service and not Crown and Paw, though.

The customer service is very patient and responds in a timely manner. The artist modified the artwork based on my request in just two days. The overall process was quicker than I expected without compromising the quality. I love the artwork so much!

This is the second canvas we have had made from Crown & Paw for our dogs who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I am so thankful for the phenomenal customer service and attention to detail we were shown. It is very appreciated and we will continue to come back to honor our loves.

Excellent process & product. Very seamless and fast to have the pictures reviewed, initial draft sent back to me for revisions, and revisions completed. The final product is very good, albeit a little bit grainy up close, but overall it exceed my expectations.
