Lovely website with all the options laid out clearly - however it would be nice to see a copy of what you will receive before it’s sent out. Also, final prices on payment page in dollars not local currency which I confusing especially when expecting and applying a discount.

Easy to navigate. Just wish there was some way to see the photo of the painting design while trying to pick a photo so I know what angle to use of my dogs face. However there may not be a way to do that.

Website was easy to navigate, just wish you could see what your pets face would look like in the portrait before you purchase.

The site is very easy to use. Would offer two suggestions: somehow to show a “preview” of what the portrait will look like, or at least a confirmation of the picture uploaded. Finally, wasn’t given the opportunity to put in the 10% discount code, unless I just missed it. Looking forward to receiving the final product.

Recieving mails personal instead of an automatique message is much politier. They keep in touch with every single step of the order. Still waiting for the result but I’m very sure it will be OK 100% !! :-)

I wished I could have seen previews of what I ordered with my dog's picture in it. I am concerned the outfit is too dark, and the angle won't be correct.
