Same as everyone else rating 1 star, should be a zero. Terrible scam artists

Its a FRAUD! I spent $119 on two orders that I did in Nov. and I got a confirmation number but it don’t work at all and since the day I got it I haven’t received other emails or any kind of update on my orders. Do Not purchase anything from them. You can’t even contact them properly. I called my bank and they are in the process of getting my money back.

All of the 5 star reviews below are completely fake. This website is a scam, do not buy from them. I ordered ONE product 2 weeks ago. It never shipped, I never got a tracking number, and they simply send a copied email. They recently made the mistake of sending me the same exact email twice after I made two different inquiries, and now I can tell right away that it's a scam. There is literally no customer service department. Whoever is running this site is a fraud. Contacting authorities now.

Im out 150 dollars. They wont respond and only sent 2 of 4 pictures.

Crown & Paw is a joke! I am waiting since two months for my order! Ive been denied a refund but still not given any information if and when i will get my order! Customer service is not existing! Dont spent your money here, you pay for a nice looking idea but its is run by incompetent amateurs who dont care an inch about the product as soon as it is paid!

RUN! Do not buy! They lie, they claim things that aren’t are the website, they ignore emails, they don’t send the product. I’ve now had to take this up with my credit card company. I’m sure at one time they were great but it seems like the company is just taking advantage of a whole bunch of Christmas shoppers before they disappear off the face of the planet.

Nightmare. No phone number for Customer Service so had to send endless emails which were responded with one line answers telling me to reach out to the courier and find the package myself. They used a combined delivery service and were unable to tell me where my parcel was or provide a tracking number for the local post office. Didn't receive the parcel after 2 months and missed the birthday it was originally bought for.

Took my money. Won't send me product.
