Very misleading advertising citing unlimited revisions but in actuality they charge you $10 to change your choice. I pointed this out to their customer service and was told I was wrong. I cancelled my order and requested a refund. I was able to get my refund, however it was minus $10 and I consider this a very unethical business practice therefore I have decided to use another company that offers the same product.

Truly a fun and amazing gift. But a little too expensive for the small 8x11 little poster I ordered. Would’ve loved the additional downloadable print, but felt like for the price it should’ve been included. Shipping is extremely too expensive for a flimsy envelope.

It would be really helpful to see a copy of the print before ordering to know if the photos submitted will work. I am not sure if the photos are acceptable, but I had to place the order to get the feedback. That is disappointing if it doesn't work. BUT, now that I placed the order, I have been informed that I will get a preview and that I will be able to ask for edits until it is acceptable to me. That helps. Thanks.

One of my dogs looked a little blurry. It was hard to see when I reviewed it but when it came in the large format, she was a bit blurry.

I really wanted the neck to have fur in the astronaut picture. It really looks like a dogs head glued to an astronaut photo, I guess I wanted something that looked more natural.

I thought the artwork was really cute! But it was sent in very minimal packaging and was clearly bouncing around a lot. It also showed up scratched. Other than that, very quick process and other than the scratches it was very high quality!

I think it would be beneficial to group the categories better. I would click renaissance, male and then pillow and I got a lot of options that was not renaissance. I also did not see where I could apply the 30% off code Holiday21. I hope it was automatically applied.
