Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

I am fairly disappointed with it to be honest, image is not as nice up close, looks furry / long haired and the size is also too small. It is a gift, and I am now in two minds whether to give it or not as I am not sure they will like it.

Portrait was nicely done and I’m very pleased with it however ….Missing half my order… socks in order didn’t come with portrait:( so I only had half a present to give

it keeps bringing me to the general and not my pets photo with the product. Had 2 items in cart and only 1 was charged and confirmed I am out of time have to go.. please call so I can order coffee cup

The website was easy to use and had tutorials on how to get good pictures. I am a little irritated however, because on the product page it says that creating the image would take 1-2 days. During payment processing there was an option that was double the price of normal shipping that included an item that said something along the lines of “jump to the front of the artwork creation queue”. I didn’t feel this was necessary, as the product page said this process only took 1-2 days. Once I processed payment I received an email that said I would receive artwork preview in 10-14 days. This item is a gift and so is time-sensitive. The timeframe was not clearly communicated and the fact that it was on the product page with no disclaimer or asterisk feels misleading.

Would’ve been nice to see a preview before actually having to pay for it. Almost didn’t make the order because of that. Fininshed product will be the judge of satisfaction.

First of all, I love your products. I am adding a pet to the other 3 portraits we already have! My only suggestion is to improve your website cart and check out process. I found it difficult to navigate the website when looking for my cart. I accidently ended up with multiple repeat items in my cart and it took me a moment to figure out how to delete the unwanted items. The check out process took longer than expected. My card would not process via the website, but processed without difficulties when I selected the pay pal option. It would be nice if there was a cart icon for ease of access and a delete item option. The products are great and make wonderful gifts, but the online ordering was more challenging than most other websites.

I like Crown & Paw's products but the website and customer service need work. I bought artwork two years ago and tried to purchase something new this year. When they sent the proof, it linked to the old purchase with no way to find the new design. I reached out to customer service and was told I would get a response in 24 hours but did not. You only have 24 hours to review the proof or it's automatically approved so I don't know what it's going to look like. Hopefully it's okay and I didn't just waste $80.

There was no place for me to put my discount code so I did not receive my 20 percent off. I also thought $10 in shipping was high as this order was added to a previous order.
