Artwork Quality bad verh fake…something I can do myself and better in 2 minstrels

I ordered two prints as gifts well before the 1-2 week timeframe. I had to send an email reminder to print my order. The orders have only created shipping labels and have not yet been received by USPS. I am disappointed as the prints would make great gifts. For the price you will pay for 1 8x10 I would expect the service to be much better.

Are you kidding me? I’ve been waiting a week for my proof to print and ship. Terrible customer service.

I asked for a basketball picture and 2 days later they send a baseball one with the title basketball. I tell them what it’s actually suppose to be, not sure why they don’t know because it’s literally in the title. Then I wait another 2 days for them to send the correct picture. Now we are over a week out and still no confirmation or shipped email. Nothing. This was for an end of the year present for a teacher and now it won’t get here on time.

Ordered a Father’s Day gift during their promoted “get it by Father’s Day” promotion. Paid for expedited handling. I have reached out numerous times and get their standard automated reply with a few lines added in. Not only will my gift not arrive for Father’s Day, it is not even shipping until that day. Which I don’t believe since it’s a Sunday. Should have learned when I had to request a cancellation of my son’s Christmas gift and they did the same thing. Amazing product. Awful customer service, misleading advertising, slow service and terrible shipping times. Very disappointed

So far this service blows. I haven't heard back from the design /support center in 3 days. I've been billed already. Pretty much a scam

This is a very specific complaint regarding the set up for the Tip function. It is Great that you ask for tips for the artist - and I gladly left a $5 Tip for the extra adjustment they made for me! - but I HATED that I had to go through a separate transaction to do it!! Had to provide full personal and financial details, get my credit card out again, etc. all to leave a $5 Tip! I almost bailed and blew it off, but thought again of the artist and their good work. There has to be a way to ask at time of purchase, or better still link back to info from that original order, to pay for the Tip. In general I Love Crown and Paw - don’t get me wrong!, but the Tip process is Annoying! Please fix!

The website is very buggy and needs work. I tried switching size of picture in cart, doesn’t work. Got kicked out of page when loading card details. Ad got stuck after selecting image and had to refresh page. Needs to be retested, almost decided to switch to a different site
