I wish I could’ve tried multiple photos on a template. Otherwise it would’ve been a 5 star experience. Very easy.

Everything was great when placing my order, except i somehow ordered the digital copy as well as my portrait by accident. There was no way to go back and cancel it.

The *only* thing stopping me from giving a full five stars is because once I’d added the item I wanted to my cart, I was no longer able to review the image I had uploaded without going through a lengthy process. Aside from that, smooth and easy. Thanks!

Really excited to order this as a gift, however there wasn't an option to upload the picture when I placed the order. After placing, it took a little while for someone to reply asking for the picture.

Due to my fiance wanting the gift, she rates it 4 stars but I will give you negative 1 for poor shipping situations, I was on hold for an hour with the post office and the worst part was there inability to locate my package.

Well so far I’m impressed but haven’t recd my order; so I can’t give you a complete review.

I found it nice and easy to order. To be perfect a rough picture of what the print would like with our up loaded pet would make it perfect. A++ Thanks

The web site is easy to navigate and the pictures made me smile. I sent a picture of my son's dog and I received a note back that said it was unusable. I was very happy to receive the immediate customer service. I sent a new picture today and am looking forward to receiving my finished product!
