Extremely disappointed with this experience. I ordered from their site a month ago and still have not received a shipping notification. I am at the point of canceling my order and disputing the charges with my bank. I have received out numerous times and keep getting told that I will receive my shipping information soon. Soon has turned into weeks and I still have nothing. I ordered this as a Christmas gift and have zero confidence that it will delivered on time since it is December 17th. I am not sure if they are a scam or if they just cannot handle the volume of orders or if they are just not efficient in their processes. I was extremely excited about this gift and after this whole process just feel angry. Also, The number of promotional emails is extremely annoying when I haven’t even gotten my first order or shipping information.

Be careful with this company. Read their Instagram post from dec 6 just to prove what a mess of a “company” this is. They can’t email someone back in a timely manner, because that’s all it is... email. No phone number, red flag! And their emails are automated and not helpful. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Not how a company should run. Hope they don’t ruin you Christmas like they have mine!

I cannot emphasise enough how important it is to pay attention to these 1 star reviews. Crown and Paw should be put out of business. The quality of their work is shocking, and they do not even try to meet delivery service times. I ordered 4 portraits in early November and they still have yet to even ship despite multiple threats to claim back the cost of the products, which after reviews are not fit for purpose. Anyone with photoshop could do a better job. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Very disappointed. There is no way to review how you picture/painting is going to look and it’s basically a really bad photoshop jobs and there is nothing you can do about it. I chosen a specific image of “Acadia” that meant something to my wife and I and they butchered it. You can barely tell that’s it’s even the same picture.

Customer service is nonexistent. They cannot meet shipping times they provide their customers, don't update customers when things will be delayed and only give vague answers when you ask questions. Might be a fun product, but without customer service it is not worth the high price. UPDATE: People who purchased two weeks after I did are receiving their packages and mine hasn't even printed. Only way to get ANY movement on my product is to complain. This product is way too expensive for them to treat their customers so poorly.

I too read the reviews and thought hey it’s not going to happen to me - let me try this out. Ordered on Nov 6 and still my order is a no show. Tracking the order is SO insufficient as it does not give you clear indication as to what the status or the location of your order is. Please please save yourselves a few bucks and time and DO NOT fall into this.

Yup, I am yet another victim of this fraudulent company after finding their service on Instagram. After ordering my painting and expedited shipping, the product shipped later than promised and has been "pending" 2 weeks later. I have reported them to Instagram and on the Better Business Bureau site. The more others can report these incidents, the more likely an authority organization like the Police or FBI will look into it.

Absolute trash of a company. They only have a customer support email address - NO PHONE # - which should have been a red flag from the start. I ordered the astronaut portrait of my fiance's beloved pomeranian who passed away almost 10 years ago. I ordered early, mid-November, so it would have plenty of time to arrive for Christmas. 2 weeks go by after I place my order and they start asking for better quality photos. I send a bunch more; another week goes by, same story - asking for better photos. I sent over the last few I had which were not poor quality by any means, perhaps a little on the dark and/or grainy side; by then I had given them more than enough to draft up the painting in accuracy. Another week goes by, same story. It is now almost mid-December, a month later, and they have completely stopped responding to my emails. No phone number to call, no way to know if the painting will ever get done, but it's DEFINITELY not getting here in time for Christmas at this point. If they don't respond to my 6TH EMAIL by tonight I'm calling AmEx and getting them to go after Crown and Paw to get my money back. This is ridiculous!!! DON'T DO IT!! Go to Etsy and commission an actual artist for a painting of your pet. I guarantee you will have a much better experience and a higher quality product in the end. AVOID THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!
