I am a returning customer. My first canvas I had done turned out fantastic! At Christmas time I opted to re-order having a canvas made of my daughters dog with my dog. Upon arrival the box was stamped “reject”, and when I opened it,the backing on the portrait was placed upside down. I contacted customer service and they went into immediate action giving me instructions on what to do. My new canvas arrived within weeks and it was done perfectly. I have used C&P twice. The first time… I received my canvas and there was a scratch across part of my pet’s ear… I sent a photograph of the damage and they immediately sent me a new canvas with a very sweet apology note. But the results are amazing and we constantly enjoy looking at our canvas so much so that I just ordered another for my family. The artist do a very good job of cleaning up the photograph to look like true art. Thanks again Crown and Paw!
