User friendly and easy to navigate!

I loved seeing all the real photos taken by happy customers on the item pages. However, the guidelines in what kind of photo to upload are hidden—you have to go to the “About” page to get to the guidelines. When uploading an image, you should be promoted to read the guidelines so you don’t accidentally upload an image that won’t work for your purchase. I’m excited to see my finished product!

I think website is pretty easy to navigate but I did see one thing missing. It says that you can change your order within a 24 hour window but it doesn’t show how. (I actually wanted to change my poster to canvas and order a second item soon after I completed my order). It gives an email address or physical address but if I need to adjust my order, it doesn’t seem as if it’s actually possible without relying on your customer service to reply to the email inquiry immediately.

Options were easy to choose from and ordering has been good so far. Have not received my order yet so cant comment on the product. Pop Your Pup allows you to see your artwork before they send it. Hopefully Crown & Paw can get to that point as well considering the price point.

Takes a little time to work out all the various things required... and large amount of possible poses for your regal pet.... but overall easy enough and cant wait to see the result....

Ideally I would have like a rough idea of what the specific product would look like before paying, though I realise this may be challenging. Just an idea for the future.

I would liked to have seen what the picture would look like with my dogs picture before I ordered. Like when you make custom business cards, you are able to see what they are going to look like.
