Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

I wish I could give this a minus score, absolute cowboy firm, I too got conned into thinking this was a professional company by the UNENDING social media posts and semi professional website I got sucked in, its now Christmas eve and my daughter will be without her main gift. I'm so livid but have no where to direct my anger as this 2 Bob firm won't reply to email. I will be complaining to the highest level and or OFFCOM, CROWN AND PAW, you gave bad customer service to the wrong bloke, hope your company closes down you bunch of a scammers. This isn't the last you will hear from me

Avoid at all cost. They don't care about their customers and are deceitful.

Poor Performance. I manage a team and website with a net profit of £4m per year, and I know the last thing another online business wants is a 1 star review but here I am complaining. We had to email 3 times to get a human to respond to us about the whereabouts of our portraits... and the response was that it will be here in 3 to 5 weeks from our order date. I wonder how many people could have organised alternative gifts and how many 1 star reviews could have been avoided just by having a working order tracking function and issuing real customer support responses. You bought a load of social advertising and didn't think that it would work so well especially during peak period, and now you're suffering becasue you don't have the experience, infrastructure or knowledge to handle such a large load - this is your fault and not the customer's fault. You should be telling people they won't receive it by Christmas, ask them if they want their money back, be frank and honest instead of desperately trying to hang on to all the sweet revenue. Will never order again. Why? Lack of clarity, lack of concern.

I understand and sympathize with the company that they get bogged down with orders around the holidays, but if it's that bad they clearly need to expand in order to keep up with their traffic. Same issue as everyone else. They said it would be 3-5 weeks before I RECEIVED my order. It's been 5 and the only thing I hear from customer service is that "It's printing now" (been told that one multiple times over a week's span) and "You should get a shipment notification soon." Again, I'm trying to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt. But considering their prices, they need to expand to be able to deal with their influx of customers. Very disappointed that I won't be able to give this give for Christmas like the company assured me several times I would be able to.

Update: 6 weeks now and still hasn't even shipped. Completely astonished that this company has an average 4.5 star rating! I wouldn't even rate it 0.5 star. Like many many others I placed an order during the Black Friday weekend and was told at the checkout to expect my items within 3 to 5 weeks. It's now been 3 and a half weeks and my order status is still showing as being "with the art team". It has been set to this status since I first placed the order. Considering I live in the UK this means I definitely won't be receiving the order within 5 weeks if it hasn't even shipped yet. I sent an email to the company asking for an update and I received a generic copy-and-paste reply about my items being in the final stage of production, but still no advice as to when I might receive the order. They also said that it can take 20 days to produce the art during busy periods, which was not made clear at the time of purchase (the order status message says it can take up to ten days for the art to be designed, no mention of 20 days). As many other customers have said, this purchase was a Christmas gift and now I am going to disappoint my husband by saying he doesn't actually have a present to open on Christmas day. The whole experience has been awful and I don't expect the finished art to be worth either the emotional or material cost. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

It sounds like I'm not the only one having issues with this retailer following an order in November. I've had better customer service experiences with the DMV. I inquired about order status days ago, and only now received an email that informed me the package was with a local courier. This afternoon I checked the order tracker on their website which indicated the art was being printed, contradicting what I was told earlier. It's one thing to be overwhelmed with orders, but misleading customers is absurd and unacceptable. Potential buyers beware, and existing buyers like me who have had issues...I feel your pain!

I’m having the same issue as everyone else. I ordered mine November 16th and it’s a no show. I have received numerous emails in the mean times suggesting I can order and receive another before Christmas. How dare they mislead people knowing they can’t even deal with the back log. No idea when this will arrive or if it’ll be any good when I does. Extremely disappointed and feel a little bit stupid for not looking at the review prior to ordering.

Same issue as everyone else - ordered the week of Black Friday and was sent an order number. I wrote to the company and they said it was in processing and I could track it via the link provided. I tried and it says no order found - this is a scam and they are stealing our money. Had to find another Christmas gift - this company needs to be reported for the BBB. They are the Fyre festival of pet portraits. DO NOT BUY!
