They lie. Chased up an order made in mid Nov 2019 to be told it had shopped 12 Dec. They gave me a tracking number which showed it shipped 17 Dec. 26 Dec I emailed and today they said ‘ We know how excited you are to receive your order. We're very excited for you, too! I've checked your order #C375528, and here's where it's at right now... Your art is being printed as we speak! You will be receiving a shipping confirmation email pretty soon which will contain your tracking number.’ They lie and lie and lie

Ordered from crown&paw on December 1st, using Black Friday prices well in advance so could receive for Christmas. At the time there was NOTHING on the website saying that the normal processing time would be 3-5 weeks, only after inquiring about my order a week in did this become a time frame. Now, it’s December 26, Christmas has come and gone, and I have serious doubts about whether I will ever receive my order. I would have never ordered from here in the first place if I had thought it wouldn’t be here before Christmas. The customer service is a joke, with no real human interaction besides emails that promise some kind of update that never comes. It’s no wonder they don’t list a phone number, as I imagine it would be ringing non stop with these types of issues. I am beyond frustrated, sick and tired of excuses, and would personally recommend this to no one. To date I can’t find record of an actual real person who received an order

Awful customer service. I ordered my portrait weeks in advance and was promised the package by dec. 21st. It’s now past Christmas with no package so the purpose is completely defeated. should it have come on time I’m sure it would’ve been great but I’ve recieved no help through iconic paw at all. They told me in an email they finished it and it should be going through the mailing process at ups. I called ups support multiple times and when I finally reached a human being they told me they have no idea what package I’m talking about because iconic paw gave me the wrong tracking number. Completely unprofessional and I hope I get a full refund because I spent $50 for nothing on Christmas. Disappointed.

I ordered a Christmas present on December 1, using a Black Friday code and receiving emails telling me about my "holiday order," and to allow a cushion beyond the usual 10 days of processing during the holiday season. Which I did by ordering on Dec. 1. Christmas passed and they never completed or sent my item, despite telling me on Dec. 7 that they were just adding the final touches and would ship soon. So I had to buy a different present to have something to give on Dec. 25 and am left with an unwanted item that they refuse to cancel. I also repeatedly got template answers cut and pasted when I tried to resolve this with customer service, rather than getting to the root of the problem of why my item was stuck and not moving through the system. All in all a terrible experience.

Save your money! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I saw this company had great reviews when I initially paced my order. Since then many terrible reviews have popped up from people going through the same hassle I am. I ordered from this company in early November. I have emailed them several times trying to find my order, and each time a different representative responds with a different conflicting response. No one will tell me where my order is, or an estimated completion date. I have asked how to get a refund several times, and no one will respond to that inquiry. This company sucks!

The worst. I ordered a portrait on Thanksgiving Day as a Christmas gift. It’s the day after Christmas and my order status says it’s not printed yet. Yet somehow a week before Christmas I was getting “last minute gift” emails from this company who fully well knew they weren’t going to be able to deliver in time. Every Instagram comment complaining is responded with “we have thousands of orders”’as if their lack of preparation or greed over abilities is the consumers fault. Never again. I don’t care what the final product I get some time in January is, never again.

Horrible!! I placed an order in October. I sent several emails asking what was happening with my order and they never replied. This was a gift for my sister for her birthday. Finally after almost two months they sent my order. It looked like a five year old did it. It was awful. They refused to give me my money back. AVOID AVOID!!!

Awful experience and I’m usually very careful and look into a company but I too was sucked in. Ordered my canvas early November for my sisters birthday in December, didn’t arrive in time so changed it to a Christmas present - well it’s Christmas Eve and it’s still not here. So no Christmas present for my sister now, so upsetting. Customer service is awful, they just say generic things like ‘sorry we’ve received a high volume of orders but it’s on its way’. Tracker doesn’t work either. Just avoid!! Other companies our there that do the exact same thing and seem to be much better and family run.
