I ordered this as a gift for my dad A MONTH AGO. Never got a confirmation email, but sure as heck got a charge on my credit card. Still haven’t received anything. Emailed costumer support for a confirmation with tracking. After a week they send me a confirmation but my tracking number didn’t work. it takes them a week to respond for EACH email. They didn’t have any answers for me besides they are backed up. No phone number to call, so you are relying on the slow emails. no Christmas gift for my dad, with no eta on when he will get it. Super disappointed. Would not recommend

It is almost January and I ordered Thanksgiving weekend still don’t even have a tracking number and crown and Pa keeps sending me the same message back when I ask it’s in the final stages is being printed and shipped today no it’s not no it’s not no it’s not😩

I don’t live in Texas. Why was my package delivered there when that is literally on the other side of the US from where I live? I’m extremely upset by this whole experience. Not only did the intended Christmas gift not arrive in time but the whole process has been awful. No updates, no phone number to call but they did charge my credit card right away. No responses to my emails. I wish I read these reviews before making a purchase. I would have used another company. I will be sure to let my family and friends know about my experiences with this company.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ordered in mid-November, leaving plenty of time per Crown & Paw's own instructions for a Christmas delivery. Was never able to find my order number through their tracking service on their website. Sent many emails inquiring about status, never received a personalized reply, just generic canned responses that did not correlate to my inquiry, days later. Finally today, 6 weeks after order and past Christmas, received a tracking number for a package being delivered in Florida. I'm in Washington State. Luckily I used PayPal to pay for this, so am in the process of getting my money back. Save yourself the hassle and do not order from this company.

DO not buy their gift certificates! There is no where on their web site to enter the gift card code! Their gift card purchases are a SCAM!

STILL NO UPDATE WHEN MY ORDER WILL SHIP. ORDERED IN NOVEMBER! YET SENDING OUT EMAILS FOR A NYE SALE STILL NOT EVEN CARING ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY CANT EVEN GIVE A SHIPPING DATE TO WHEN PROMISED BY CHRISTMAS WHEN ORDERED!!!! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS IN MY LIFE.

Not a great experience. I ordered for a Christmas present but when they looked like they might be late arriving I got very little help from the company which was disappointing. As for the pictures, unfortunately are poor quality and very disappointing. They don’t really resemble my cats and the overall quality is not. I have been asking for a refund for about a month now, after repeated attempts to redo the pictures didn’t improve things. In the end I report them to the Federal Trade Association USA. It’s basically a shady company.

I ordered this as a present in November, over a month in advance to receive before Christmas. I also spent $30 for the 'jump the que' option. They should have made it VERY CLEAR that it would not arrive before Christmas. Even though they made it look like it would. After multiple emails to support and receiving generic responses that just replied with the tracking url over and over again. The tracking has not been updated in 10 days after 'arriving in Australia'. I contacted UPS who said the package was missing and to contact the sender. Crown & Paw have said i should start calling my local post offices to see if they might have it and just wait. Very disappointing customer service and a total waste of my time and money. UPDATE: it is now 18th Feb, 2020 and they still haven't no refunded me. I ordered early Nov, 2019.
