Wish I could give zero stars. I placed my order on November 30th for 3 portraits ... then about 2 1/2 weeks in received an “oops , we are so thankful for all of your orders but yours will be a bit delayed ...” ....it was a blanket email , not specifically to me . I’ve since reached out 3 times (email only , as they don’t have a landline ) ; and no response ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND CROWN AND PAW. A well run company would a) have actual employees, especially during this busy time, to answer questions b) have an actual phone line for business purposes and c) provide the product ordered within the timeframe promised . Shame on you , Crown and Paw - you are officially DE-THRONED!

I purchased within the time frame to have delivery around Christmas. Christmas came and went and the only thing I heard from this company was the artist wanted to fix the photo so it would be perfect. That was 2 weeks ago. I haven’t gotten an update since. I email, Facebook and Instagram this company for an update and I get nothing. They keep saying the max time for a picture to be done is 20 days and I’m currently on day 28 with no explanation.

Do NOT waste your time. There are other sites with way better customer service that offer the same product. My order has taken over a month. Still not arrived.

If i could score it 0 i would i am very disappointed as i have been following this company on social media for a while and couldn't wait to order 2 for my parents for Christmas. I ordered before black friday and STILL haven't even received a email confirmation. Fortunately screen shot my order number so i tracked that and my order hasn't even been acknowledged. The fact they are advertising for NYE is disgusting clearly shows they want to make as much money as possible and have to be rushing making the product, going to look s**t. Luckily paid through paypal so going to get the money back wouldn't want to hang it on the wall now after the experience myself and others have had.

Do not order from them. Longest shipping time ever! And they’re so condescending when you try to talk to customer service. Use another company !!!!!! Don’t waste your money

Dishonest charlatans. Black Friday special not delivered until nearly NYE. I checked in several weeks before to ensure they would deliver on time for Christmas, since their automated update system couldn't find the order. They'd clearly lost the order, and rather than offering an explanation or a discount, they referenced their T&C that allows them to do whatever they want. There are plenty of higher quality and lower priced options on Etsy, steer clear of these monkeys.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!! I wish I was joking, but I've gone back and forth with them with over 40 EMAILS and they still haven't printed out my canvas that they MESSED UP. Also, whenever I ask for some sort of refund, they completely ignore the question and email back some generic response that has NOTHING to do with my email. They've been telling me for WEEKS that my new canvases are being printed, and still NOTHING. Soon enough this company will be out of business. Wish I could give 0 stars. Thank you for ruining my boyfriends birthday as I has NOTHING to give him. AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY THAT COULD LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

Disappointed every photo sent was told not good enough yet the photos were clear and some taken professionally so asked for a refund quicker to fo it yourself on a moonpig card!
