So excited to receive Quigley s portrait. Easy instructions but wish the site was clear if pets head is turned left and portrait choice was facing right, could it be flipped as it was I ruled out everything facing the wrong direction, also my best pet picture was on someones lap. It wasn't very clear whether they would be able To use that one. But it does say if the picture presents a problem they will let you know and you can send another one.I can't wait to see my husband's face at Christmas!

I initially had a problem with the website and I was billed for more than I wanted. I contact customer service and they fixed it within 24hrs. Great service

I thought it was very easy and user friendly the process of selecting and placing an order!!! The only thing I suggest is to let the customer upload 2 pictures in case 1 is low quality or a different angle. But since you guys know the process of making the poster better than the customer, maybe is not necessary... Just wanted to share my thoughts. Other than that, i loved how fast and easy it was!! And I'm really excited to see the person's face when they get my present!!!! They adore their dog! It's gonna be great! Thanks!

It is slightly nerve wracking knowing I bought this piece without first seeing how it might look with my photograph of my pup on the body( no way of knowing ahead of time if the right photo was chosen, if the lighting is appropriate, angles, ext). However, I am also a graphic artist in the printing industry for my career, so I understand it is literally just not that easy to show a preview of the final image before purchase. All things considered, I am very excited to see the final product, and I think you are running a great business! Thanks so much!

The site worked well for me, the only issues I had were: 1. When on my phone, I had trouble getting the slideshow pictures of the art to work. 2. When placing my order, when I viewed an item I had already added to my cart, I didn’t see any indication if I’d uploaded a photo for that item, although I knew I did.

A little bit clunky to navigate. Wish I could see either a thumbnail or file name next to the order when im in the cart.

It was good But I ordered two pictures Now in the cart it would be nice to see a thumbnail of the picture I put up as well as the picture of the template I got confused on the second picture Which pet did I pick the first one? Which template is that? I want two different templates so don't screw this up (I said to myself) I was a bit worried I would order two different picture of the same cat When I need two cats ya feel me?

very interesting concept and they really want to have a good result so they ask for good photos before they can start making the order- cant wait to see the results, thank you
