Awful!!! Don’t do it!!!! Crown and Paw clearly spends all their money on advertising and not on production or service. I ordered two pictures for Christmas presents for my kids on December 2nd, 2019. They never arrived. Here we are on January 7, 2020– now my son’s birthday— and still no pictures! These things cost me an arm and a leg. After a number of communications with Crown and Paw, they promised me the pictures would arrive by January 6th, 2020. Then they sent me tracking info for arrival on January 7th, 2020 (today). But they still haven’t arrived. The thing that bothers me most is that they haven’t apologized at all. They also haven’t offered to refund me. What a complete and utter waste of money and effort for what was supposed to be a cute, whimsical Christmas gift. Now I have to cancel my credit card charge and do battle with them. This is a bad company. STAY AWAY!!!!

I ordered 3 weeks before the Christmas holiday and still have not received my order. Thwy have offered no discount, no refund and noted it was still in the artistic process. They claim delivery is between 3 - 5 wks. They were either sorely under-prepared for the holidays or have bad service. The order tracking website is not working, ao provides ZERO detail of where the order is in thw design, print/fulfillment and ship process. I want what i ordered or a full refund.

bedsides taking 4 weeks. which is ridiculous because the end result is grainy and looks like bad photoshop. I did the same idea on Etsy. was a shorter turn around time and better quality!

I placed my order in the middle of November and paid extra for fast shipping to get the Picture as Christmas present, which - according to the Terms of delivery given on the website- would have been no Problem at all. As i was waiting several weeks i asked several times for Information when i could expect the delivery and the only thing i received was automatically generated mails with a tracking link that never showed me when the delivery would arrive. i had to contact UPS in order to get an Information when to expect my delivery and even UPS could not tell me. never before in my life have i experienced such an awful and non-existing customer Service. i am upset for having paid extra for the "fast shipping" and for waiting for almost 2 months now. Little advice for everyone who's considering to order a painting from this Company: JUST DON'T.

I ordered my artwork 6 weeks ago as a Christmas gift. It still hasn't come and you cant get a straight answer from anyone. All social media directs you to send an email to their support, but their support sends a generic, copy-and-paste response about unexpected high volume and that their team is working on your artwork. Their order status part of their website is down 90% of the time. I'm working on requesting a refund but honestly, I'll probably just try to go through PayPal to get a refund. Their facebook wont let you post reviews and neither will their website. This is obviously a fraudulent site and I take responsibility for not doing enough research before my purchase.

Has been 5 weeks now and order hasn't even shipped nor have I even get an update since the initial order. Avoid this company.

Great idea, & totally unique.. however run buy muppets... don’t trust delivery times..

I reviewed previously but things went from bad to worse. Ordered with a Christmas delivery. 3 weeks passed. Heard nothing. Order number does not work online. Emailed numerous times got no response. Targeted social media and finally got a response a few days before Christmas .. ‘my work was getting ready to go to the artists’ after 3 weeks. I asked for a refund as there was no way of delivery prior to Christmas. I was advised 7 working days for refund. These days came and went. Queried the refund. Was told it had been made. Told to speak to my bank. Bank told me no refund. Queried it again and was given an email address and last 4 digits of a completely different person to whom apparently the refund had been been made as if this suffice. Clearly nothing checked or maybe not even refunded! The details from the order was in the title of every bit of correspondence. I’m now being ignored again. I’ve tried to contact via social media again and been told to ‘email my query’ as if the whole thing hasn’t happened.... I’ve begun a dispute and no longer want anything to do with them. AVOID.
