Everything went well but I never received the email to add my photo for the extra Canva that’s I added with the promotional offer upon purchasing my first canvas. That’s disturbing and I hope to hear back from you soon.

The website seemed easy enough to navigate and understand.

Haven't received it yet but otherwise the online system works well.

It was a bit difficult navigating the site to see the various options available. In fact I chose a male background because I didn’t see the option for female dogs, until after I placed my order and it was too difficult to go back and change it. I kept getting booted out of the system and asked to start again. So, I just went with original choice. Check your navigation with a new User and observe their experience Try different age groups. Not everyone is tech saavy , and I believe it will be helpful to you. I am tech savvy and was having issues. That said, cant wait to receive the picture.

Excellent service! My only criticism is to have an option to see the photo before confirming.

It would be great if there was a way to see what the picture would look like with our pet's face in it. Like a 'draft version'where the outfit has no face above that you can then scroll your pets image through... similar I guess to snapchat.

Everything was great

The website froze when I was checking out the second canvas sale and when it refreshed it just completed my order with two canvases rather than just the one I intended on ordering. They were decently punctual fixing it however. They did send a rebuttal asking me to keep the second canvas.
