Shocking service. Takes weeks to reply to emails and doesn’t answer any of your questions/concerns they just say the same thing over and over. I repeatedly asked for an email to complain to on their Facebook messaging service but nothing. I ordered in plenty of time for Christmas and they arrived in mid January. Quality was rubbish - I could have done it. Just someone on photoshop, it would have taken 5 minutes.

Placed an order for 2 portraits for a Christmas present on Dec. 6. I know they’re probably a newbie company and orders might have overwhelmed them but if you send out an email reassuring customers “everyone will receive their order within 3-5 weeks of placement” and then it doesn’t come in that time frame that’s, uh.....lying. Dunno what the portraits look like, maybe they’re life changing and amazing but it doesn’t bode well for a company if they can’t be realistic with customers about what they can and can’t do. They’re not cheap either.

Like everyone else, I strongly urge you to NOT order from this company. I ordered a Christmas present for my daughter back on Dec. 3 and still haven't received it, over a month later. The tracking option on their website doesn't work, and I don't think I will ever receive what I ordered. I wish I hadn't gotten so excited about the product since I didn't do any research into the company because of it.

I ordered October 31st/2019. It's now January 8/2020 and I still haven't received my order. When I write them I get no response or they tell me to check my local post office. They are a useless company. Worst customer service ever.

over priced poor poor customers service will not respond to any emails as to were my order is. good thing paid with oay pal. Had to file a claim. Stay far away

Wish that I could rate this as 0 stars. I placed my order in December expecting that it would arrive at the end of the shipping time since it was Christmas. 3 weeks in my order still was registering as even being worked on, their website showed only an error when I tried to track. I contacted the customer service team to make sure there was no issue and was assured that everything was fine and my order would arrive by Jan 7th. Jumping forward, I reached out again at the end of December because my order status said it was still not printed and was assured yet again that they were right on schedule. I emailed one more time on Jan 4th when I saw that my order stilllll had not been printed and asked whether there was any chance they would be willing to send the parcel express since they were clearly not going to be able to meet the schedule delivery date. My request was ignored completely so I asked for a refund and made arrangements to purchase a different gift. That response was ignored for three more days until they had a chance to print and finally put my order in the mail but I’m now expected to wait 10-15 more days for this parcel to arrive. This was terrible customer service. Their team was slow to respond, ignored my initial concerns, made promises they genuinely couldn’t keep and on top of it all they called me by the wrong name in every email. I would never use this company again.

Scam. I’ve been waiting since 2nd December. I was previously able to track the order. Now I get... something went wrong. Complete con merchants!
