Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

Awful! I’ve waited almost three months and nothing! What an absolute scam!! I spent so much money on this as a gift for someone special who really needed a little bit of joy in their life and I have received nothing at all! Do not buy from these people! Their ‘good’ reviews are fake, they will not send you anything! Pathetic!

Very dissatisfied. I ordered my picture as a gift for a dear friend. It’s now almost 6 weeks later and I just got an e-mail asking how I liked it.......I can’t tell because I’ve never received it. Interestingly my credit card was billed immediately, certainly no delay with that. I have e-mailed them several times, with no response (despite them saying they will respond in 24 hours). There is also no phone number to contact them and actually talk to a real person.

Ordered over 2 months ago and never received my portraits! Their email says it’s coming they have said that for over a month! Scammers!!!

I wish I could travel back in time and NEVER have ordered from this company. Sub par job on the print, and took forever to get. I had to follow up with the company on multiple sources (Facebook, Instagram, and emailing) all responses back seem to have been generic customer service response. I asked for at least shipping to be credited back for how upset I was and Crown & Paw only offered me 10% off on my next order. Won't do me any good when I'm never going to order from them again and make sure to share my story on all social platforms and with my friends.

Scam company! Avoid! Promising delivery within 5 weeks, items never delivered and impossible to speak with anyone at the company to get answers. Reporting them to the BBB for the frauds they are!

Received a picture of a DOG when we ordered a picture of our CAT! Placed the order on December 5th. It arrived on January 14th. Have only received generic responses to our e-mails.

I totally could have done this on photoshop. My cats face looked like someone just photoshopped a “paint” filter on it then photoshopped it on the stock photo.

I ordered 3 portraits December 2. It said 3-5 weeks for delivery so I knew they probably wouldn't get here by Christmas. A week ago, I sent an email asking the status and they replied their artists had to "make some adjustments". Honestly, I think they could do WAY better with keeping customers updated instead of the tons of unecessary email . I still haven't received my items and I should have ordered from a different company that does similar work. Do your research before using them!
