Issues with picturessent may be an idea to send a few pictures on first initial request

The ease of ordering the product was great. I like the interface design and how simple it was to do. I now await the previewed product before shipment, perhaps I missed it but I do not remember the ordering process informing me of when exactly I should expect the preview. And I give 4 stars because the post-sale pitch to have the order expedited ahead of others was tout and a bit pushy, especially after the second time asking with "20% off" of the original offer for only 8 bucks. I don't know how often that tactic works statistically as I am not a marketer or salesmen but it was an impersonal touch in my opinion that certainly did not positively embellish the overall experience.

Crown & Paw always gets the job done beautifully, but I wish they had a better order status tracking system. I live in an apartment building, so nobody delivers my items straight to the door. I have to go and look for packages in the delivery room and it really helps to know when there is something to look for. For this specific order no tracking number was provided and also if I look it up on their website right now - it is still showing as pre-'sent-to-print.' Yet I found it already delivered today. I knew it's an issue with this company, so I have been randomly checking all the boxes daily just in case and I wish I didn't have to do that.

Excellent quality and quick efficient service and website. Only giving a 4-star as products seem quite expensive, but I don't know the costs to produce so I may be wrong!

I enjoyed the amount of choices. I think being able to do a quick add of the animals face on an outfit would be helpful. I recognize that this would not be what the finished product would look like, but it could help with picking. I have a black cat and not sure how her head would show on some of the darker backgrounds.

I have yet to receive my picture but deal with the company during the making of it has been positive and professional

I had applied a discount code but it disappeared when I placed the order. So now I have to email the company to fix it or cancel and reorder.
