It’s unfortunate that there isn’t a place to comment on the upload for a photo ; or the ability to upload several photos of the same dog so you can see him from Multiple angles….I hope u received my Photos

after “approving” my art, i was immediately directed to a checkout screen. it had taken a few days for me to get the art just right, so i totally forgot i had already technically purchased it, so i went ahead and purchased again? i reached out to customer service to help with no repose yet. i think the automatic sending to checkout screen is misleading! i really only need one print so i hope it gets resolved before i’m charged twice! otherwise, so so so excited to get my print!

It would be nice if we could evaluate how the picture looks with the different costumes before ordering.

I had trouble getting the payment part of the website to work properly at first. Went back a couple of hours later and it worked fine.

Product was great! Shipping is something to be desired. The tracking does not offer expected delivery dates (just says "On It's Way") and will go days without changing, which does not build confidence in the customers. Love the product though and website is very easy to use.

I would have like to see what the photo that I uploaded would look like on the mug.

The short turn around time for approval before going to print is not a good business practice. Many are unable to check within a 24 hour period due to work. This cost me 80.00, the cost of one print. Now I have to do it again but when I am not on a shift. This would be the only thing I found negative about my experience.

Apparently the first photo i uploaded wasn't exactly right and I received an email asking for another. I placed another one to respond to the email, but I wasn't given the opportunity to actually respond to the email, so I didn't know if the new photo was received. The only option I was given was to "continue shopping ".
