Not very happy, while doing my order it said Canadian dollars, but now my confirmation says US dollars. Didn’t want to spend that much, I feel I’ve been tricked.

In the 6 days I've had an account to place ONE order I've gotten 12 emails. Most of them aren't even related to my order.

I attempted to order at least 8 or 9 times before I managed to get one in. I was routed to the opening page each time. Truth be known, I have no idea what I did differently the one time I made it to check-out.

I entered the HOLIDAY21 code in the discount area but it doesn’t seem like the advertised discount was applied.

annoyed to get so many emails to review my artwork but then cant log in without the order number

Site quoted 2-3 business days for preview and 5-7 business days for shipping but after I confirmed my order, it said 10-14 business days for preview and 1-2 weeks for shipping 😩

Website very confusing and when do I see proof

I submitted my order to Crown and Paw over a week ago and still have not received my artwork to approve for the sweatshirts. Really disappointed in how long this is taking because I ordered the sweatshirts for a party. My guess is they won't arrive on time now. Every other day the dates push back by at least 3 more days.
