I had a some issues with the site initially, but things were quickly sorted out and placing my order was simple. Can’t wait to see the final product.

As for setting everything and getting what you need it was really easy. I’m still waiting on my picture so can’t give a full 5 stars

The ordering process was easy. I’m looking forward to receiving my product to see how it compares to all the reviews.

So far everything has gone well

I liked the site when placing an order - however - I do wish there was a way that my photo could be uploaded and automatically placed in the costume that I choose to be able to see it right there and then before placing the order rather than seeing other dogs in the costume. To be able to toggle your own photo from one costume to another would be great. The purchaser would be able to get a better view of which costume would be best for that particular pet.

It would be nice to see the picture we choose with the picture submitted as we check out to confirm we put the right animals with the right picture. I found myself having to go back in to double check and this was an extra step.

quick and easy - would have like to see a proof (with my pet) before purchase so that I could have changed the uploaded image if necessary.

Simple and to the point with ordering. Wish they had more female variety though
