If I could give it minus stars I would. Got gift cert as a present for $100.00. Used it for 1 canvas portrait, $50.00. Went to use the remainder of the gift card now unable to do so. They said it was redeemed and even tho not all of it was used they will be keeping MY money. It is not listed on their website that any gift codes need to be used at 1 time or they take your remainder. It took several emails just to use the 1st time, as they said, "we're having trouble with gift cards".

Do not order from here!!! They took my money and never shipped my order. They sent me the digital file which was incorrect and their automated BS emails reply back with we are working on it. 2 weeks they’ve been working on it!!! Save your money.

If I could, I would leave 0 stars... We have ordered two portraits of my cats 3 MONTHS AGO. We received the first version that was of TERRIBLE QUALITY. Since then, they are showing us other versions that are still not as good as advertised, but after 2 months of discussions with each time different person, we chose our last version. Guess what , we only received 1 out of 2 posters.... And the one that we received was damaged by transportation. Total disgrace and 0 quality.

Terrible quality print and cant get a refund would not recommend

I ordered 3 posters (simple order) 10 weeks ago. Yesterday after chasing as much as you, with similar issues, only one of the posters arrive. When I emailed customer service, they reply by sending me a small preview of the remaining two posters, thus ruining the main aspect of the shopping experience – opening it. It’s so important that you promote customers opening their poster and seeing it for the first time. I’ve now seen the posters before my wife, and now the whole experience has made the product not as special. I’ve asked for a manager 3 times and never been forwarded to one.

On 13th of December, I ordered 2 canvases. One was for my family and with our family dog and one was for my then boyfriend with his dog that passed away. I knew I ordered during a busy time so I was being very patient. However, it does say 3-5 working days to print it out and to allow a FEW extra days during busy periods. It was sent to me 10th of January. I was just happy it was on the way at this point, until it came to Sweden on 27th of January. And suddenly NO ONE knows where the package is and everyone is pointing fingers. UPS is saying they gave it to my local post office and to contact them or the seller, my local post office is saying they havent received anything and to contact UPS or seller and crown n paw? Theyre just giving trash answers about how track ur package here! and contact ur local post office! this is how long it takes for us to make canvases and ship them! If I knew it would be this hard to actually get something I paid for, I wouldntve ordered through crown n paw and unless you wanna call ups and ur local post office 3 times a day and be sent around like a moron between every company involved while crown n paw only reads one sentence of ur mail n gives u half assed, useless replies, u shouldnt order here either.

Ruined my gift to my wife for Valentine's Day by sending two correct prints and one super small a week later. Have tried sending emails, messaging on Facebook, absolutely no sense of urgency or a single care in the matter. I see why they have no phone number or ability to put accurate reviews on their website or facebook page. Wish I would have found this sooner or I wouldn't have purchased

Ordered the double canvas of Brothers in Arms. Obviously there is no quality control as the canvas was received and it is VERY blurry. I sent photos off my iPhone which I have never had resolution issues with before. I cannot believe I was not contacted to either (A) send another image or (B) cancel order. Walgreens can produce better images than this!
