Easy purchase experience. Would like to see a track order status before leaving the warehouse - order received, order processing, order designed, order printing etc. No further correspondence following confirmation has been received and further communication regarding order status would make the transaction experience better

There was an issue with the photo I supplied. I was contacted and asked for different photos. Which I have no problem with. We manged to get everything sorted with some back and forth emailing. Only problem I had was that there was normally at least 6 hours to a day in response times. Otherwise great service and happy I was contacted about possible problems with my supplied photos
