DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered a picture of on May 15th, never received it, they ignore my emails and refuse to send me a refund..this company is a SCAM

I purchased a canvas print several, several weeks ago and today turned up a small tube with a poster rolled in it. That was it... I ordered a canvas, I thought I'd get a canvas print... The dog doesn't look like mine, i mean he's black, like my Maxibon, but he isn't fluffy, like the picture. It took a long time to get here too. I really don't recommend this company. If you are looking for good work, I went with Majestic Pawtraits, they are Australian and were great. (I ordered one canvas from both companies at the same time).

My kitty just passed away this morning. His name was Gandalf. I emailed asking if they had any wizard garb to suit him and they told me to select a house robe from Harry potter. Then told me they look forward to filing my order... Like no. That's like putting an animal named princess Leia on a red shirt from star trek. They're two franchises you just don't mix.

Eigentlich gar kein Stern, da kein Service Ich habe vor Weihnachten ein Bild bestellt das nie ankam. Trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen nur ungenügende Antworten. Bis heute keine Ware. Also Finger weg!!! Das ist Betrug.

Ordered two canvases a while back around Christmas time and never received any update, shipping notice or any communication for over a month. Customer service is completely non-existent, and the address listed on their contact info isn’t even the real location of this operation. It wasn’t until I told them that I contacted the better business bureau and the federal trade commission that I got a refund. I’m honestly disappointed to see that this company is still scamming people, and you can tell that most of these 5 star reviews are fake by seeing how they’re all written the same way. I truly recommend contacting the BBB and FTC if you run into problems with your order as that’s the only way I could actually see any reparations.

***Beware!!! Do not order from them!!!*** I never received my order and I've sent them multiple emails regarding the situation. Their customer service sends me emails back saying to keep waiting 2 more days for it to be delivered. So ridiculous!

Their greedy in the time of the of coronavirus. Could not use my gift card as they have technical issues, gave me a discount code for my gift card & then I couldn’t use their promo 30% off. When I complained they were rude & finally gave me 15% off which by their math was 30% but it was applied after the gift card as they said it’s not a gift card it’s an additional discount code? They said if I would have paid with credit card and not a gift card I would have gotten 30% off the whole order? Now how in their scamming mind does that make sense. Really they just know they are going down with the recession & are ripping off the customer. Also incredibly rude in all interactions & keep stating their policy that keeps changing. Hopefully I get my pictures & digital downloads
