I just saw my digital download (glad I paid extra for it) and am disappointed with the end product. It looks like they cut and pasted my pet's head on the background and didn't bother to check the proportions of the image. I'm giving this as a gift and am embarrassed that it isn't what I was expecting. The worst part is that it is a "what you get is what you get" policy.

I just wanted a picture of two dogs on the phone cover....that's all. Not that complicated, however your company managed to drag this order out for 6 days.

The wrong item was sent, I have tried to get in touch to prefer a replacement and my emails are unanswered £36 for a phone cover you can’t use is very expensive...

I inadvertantly ordered print when I thought I ordered canvas. I reached out for some remedy to get the image printed on canvas as I originally wanted. Initially my ownly replies were delivery confirmations which ignored my explanation. Ultimately the only help I was offered was to keep the mistake and place a new order for the canvas at full price. Obviously I already paid for the art work and did not expect the canvas at no charge but hoped they could offer a reduced price for the canvas printing since they already have the image created. Unfortunately I bought 4 in their largest size. Quite an investment to learn not all companies have good customer service.

I can’t believe a business that is based around custom prints doesn’t offer proofs. Your turn out was terrible. Perhaps a proof would have saved you the trouble. Surely won’t be recommending. Better companies available online.

This is one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. Horrible customer service, malfunctioning website, and low quality items. I can not recommend enough that you take your business elsewhere.

Fiancee ordered 2 prints for my birthday April 4th. They said they couldn't fulfill it because of the virus, and yeah of course, we get it, no problem. 3 months later, we still haven't received a refund. We are still disputing it through Paypal.

I ordered from Crown and Paw over two months ago. Where I live there is no service from USPS to homes. None. At All. Many companies say they can't deliver to PO Boxes so the Post Office has an address to work around this issue. Crown and Paw just does not seem to get that no matter how much I tell them. They have ignored the addresses I have given them and repeatedly sent it to the wrong address. The customer service team must have a general mailbox where several people respond. Every time I write in I get a response from a different person with a different story. Go to Doggvinci. They actually know what they are doing. With Crown and Paw, this was a gift for an event that happened over a month ago. I kept saying it was coming and now I look like a fool. Never again. Never. Update- The response to email customer service is a joke. They do not even provide an email to send it to below. I have been emailing them since MAY 27 without a resolution. When I ask for a refund they ask for me to wait. I argued the charge through my bank. Most of the 5 star reviews are from people who JUST placed an order. I would have given 5 stars then as well... two months later I am less inclined. It is a scam. People who have been through the process and not received their orders are all over this site.
