Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

half the painting is just dead space above my pets heads. Bottom half is the heads and body and top half is just space. It looks like they forgot to crop the painting. Looks ridiculous haha I thought they would take up most of the painting and not just half. Seems like a waste. Oh well.

dressed up as a professional store but their quality is crap they probably outsource their workers from across the seas and then just print the cheapest items from some factory in the states. "made in the usa" my ass.

I am very disappointed with my second order ( 3 painting ) The first one was perfect with good details but the second one oh my god it is like copy paste the picture with no checker the collar and the painting details are not here , it is like the picture with bad resolution, On the first order and second Order I have the same dog with same outfit so I can’t see the biggggg difference , the secon is very cheap one

"Pish" poor, no customer service at all. If you're not happy too bad. "It's personalized with your individual pet" so no refunds are allowed. I paid $48 for a printed print (worth $16) was offer to pay additional $45 for canvas (worth $39) HUGE rip off, don't get sucked in. No actual Art, it's just photoshopped with automated actions. Could have done that myself.

Bought some prints on 11/23/2019 and you've flooded my inbox with over 110 emails since then and only like 6 are regarding the two orders I've placed with you. It's upsetting that I have to block all your emails now since it's either that or drown in them. (The product is great, it's the harassment and the b s fake email subject lines that make me hesitant to endorse you to my friends.)

It is almost 4 months and I have not received my products. I have emailed them many times and they only send a generic reply. They are misleading. They are in CHINA. So you can not use a customer support. I just want my money back. CROOKS!

This was a HORRIBLE experience. They shipped using UPS, then dropped off with USPS, and now I’m seeing the package was delivered, but there is no package in sight! I paid for the 18x24 size too, but at this point I felt as though I gave away money. This was suppose to be a gift, but now a burden. Additionally, I really do not appreciate being asked to fill out a review before I even received my package! I have received these “fill out review surveys” emails more than once since I placed my order.

So we ordered a photo of my Doberman. He’s pretty photogenic. Paid extra for the digital download. That just arrived in an email and it looks shocking. Like his head does not belong in the photo. Kinda blurry. I followed the photo guide. I think I could do a better job myself on photoshop. Poor poor poor quality. I have emailed and send a message on Instagram but both as of yet have not been responded to. Wouldn’t waste my money again here.
