Easy to order but it was a bit hard to read these directions on my phone. It would be great to be able to see my dogs head on different clothes before ordering. I want sure that her white fur would look good with the image I picked.

But don't worry, our artists are chosen to create the best portrait for your order. At the moment, yours is in the queue to be sent to print, and you should receive a tracking number for your order in the next few days.

Le portrait est d’une qualité excellente je ne suis pas déçue. Par contre il ne faut pas être pressé pour la livraison (2 mois d’attente)

I thought this was a scam. I ordered my canvas December 17th. I waited for a while and never heard anything. After almost a month I still did not get an email saying my package shipped. So, on January 17th I emailed support and inquired about my order. The next day (January 18th) I got what looked like a response from a real person, that said there may have just been some details that were missing and they had to redo it. He said he would let his team know to essentially pick up the pace. I never got any more update emails and the tracking number did not work, it said there was an error when I tried to track it. I finally got my package today, January 23rd. It looks GREAT. It was definitely worth the wait, I just wished they had kept me updated since I was getting worried that I had just wasted my money.

After 7 weeks my order arrived and it is great. They may not be the fastest company, but I really believe they received too many orders at one time. To me everything worked perfectly. It feels like it became a thing to hate on this company. I would happily order again.

So, I have read a few recent reviews, that If were available at the time of my order would have completely put me off a purchase. I ordered my product in November and received it today, the information on the website does convey at least a four week turnaround. I emailed once about my order, to track it. The reply was automated, but subsequent emails were responded to by an individual. The product itself is unique, the portrait of the pooch in question is very accurate, is it an artists creation or photo shop? I couldn’t say... I do think the price is high for the item having received it - however I think it will make a memorable gift! Update - they loved the gift, so nothing more needs to be said, except I would order again
