Website is super clunky due to lack of functionality to filter options by categories - such as historical, sports, pop culture, etc. Also, it would be very helpful if the original photo used to create to portrait was shown side by side with the final product.

$38 For a very small picture, unreasonable price for the size.

Double check whether you’re ordering g poster or canvas. Would be easier if there was a drop down box.

I could not alter my basket and digital photos and cost were automatically added also. I spent a lot of time trying to alter it but couldn’t. I sent and a few emails and the problem was rectified. Good customer service but bad website.

I am disappointed in the speed of delivery and lack of response from the customer service department. Also, they are shipping the photo to a place in Michigan, but I put my correct shipping address for the order and I live in Minnesota!

Have not recieved the artwork i ordered over 7 weeks ago. Customer service was not very nice or helpful. Also it seems they are not showing reviews that are not 5 stars, at least my review never showed up there.
