I got all the marketing emails but no confirmation image. The same day I used your sister company master piece me and had a much better experience.

To address this, we offer a replacement guarantee to our clients, so in case there are issues with the artwork, all you need to do is reach out to us. On another note, we are truly happy to know that you had a much better experience with Masterpiece Me. We would like to inform you that we are currently working on a system that will have the functionality to provide a preview of the artwork to our clients as soon as it is finished. I ordered 2 portraits of my dog who passed away. I have not received one portrait and the one I did receive is not what I ordered. I am waiting for a response from customer service, I hope they can make it right. I am really disappointed.

I submitted an older photo and was told it wasn't good enough, but unfortunately the dog had passed away and I didn't have any other good photos. They said they would do their best. I was emailed a version of the art and I asked for the eyes to be made bigger and add a little light to them, and also add some hair strokes to make the blurry hair look a little better. I was told they would do that and I'd be mailed a new copy for review but then I received the portrait in the mail of the original version I asked to be fixed. I am extremely upset. Edit: they're working on fixing it. I'll update this review then. With her being gone it's just painful to have to work through this.

I have shopped with you before. The first portrait was wonderful. The second one I just recently ordered looked slapped together without thought. I am unhappy with it and it is a gift. I'm embarrassed to have sent it and it is shipping directly from you to my friend. Please contact me. I went from a happy return customer to a panicked and disappointed one. Consistency in quality is a must.

still waiting to see that it has even been printed. People I told about this product ordered after I did, and they already received their prints. Feels like sitting at a restaurant and watching all the people come in after you and get seated.

I’ve emailed this company a few times and have yet to get an answer. My package said 1-3 weeks for delivery and as of 8-29-2020 it will be 4 weeks. Haven’t heard a word from them. I emailed them this morning at around 8 am and it is now 12:40pm and still haven’t heard anything, really getting pissed off that I spent my money on something and I can’t even get a simple response.
