It would be even better if we could be able to preview the image before it is finalized that way we could change the picture submitted if needed.

The site was super easy to use and had plenty options, I’m just worried about the photo quality. It’s a crisp and clear photo on my phone but after selected was a little grainy almost? I’m hoping it was just the internet connection causing issues. I don’t know if there’s a way to get a preview but I don’t see why the picture wouldn’t transition correctly, it’s a standard sized photo/file nothing weird.

Would have been nice to see with the order confirmation that my photo was received or that it showed the photo I sent in to be used as part of the confirmation. It would have also been nice to see how the portrait would have looked with my dogs face to help determine what portrait would look best. I get for obvious copying reasons that this is not possible, but maybe you could print DRAFT over the portrait to prevent copying and still give the clients a visual aspect of what it will look like.

It was very easy to use and self explanatory. I was also able to use Apple Pay.

Ya dude; simple, clean, easy to navigate. The only issues I had was sifting through the product pages after using your “sort by” filter. I had an idea to give my deceased friends the permanence that families do with human members and if I have to suffer looking at my military portraits my mother insists will pass through generations I’d show the same respect to my pets. I knew the theme and what product I wanted to get so the only irritation was not being able to choose “Victorian” or “fantasy” themes and eliminate the phone cases and trinket accessories I wasn’t interested in. Otherwise everything was dope as duck bruh. Really means a lot to me to feel like I’m giving back something to them and that they weren’t simply transient interns, so thank you.

This is a fun concept and the site is easy to navigate. Would be great to somehow be able to get a rough preview of my pet's image with the chosen artwork for comparing options before purchasing. Lots of variety. Easily categorized for male, female and multi-pet searches. I love that there are real customer photos included which really helped me pick my poses.

It sometimes was a bit clunky clicking on different designs and I was thinking all along that I wish each option for a given design ( poster, canvas, phone cover) were all listed on the same page. On the positive side, the designs and choices are great and prices are as well.
