Even though my original photo could not be used, I received several emails reminding me to send additional photos. Everyday I received notification of the status of my order.

You have a great website. The only upgrade I would suggest would be to have a thumbnail of the imported pet picture front and center during check out.

I felt like the search capability could have been better and I would have liked to see the optioned broken down more by category (ex. Professional, Militar, Pop culture). With that being said, there was great selection and good instruction around how to chose a good photo

Overall easy to navigate. The site was a bit cumbersome on my phone to see the pictures, but did the job Wish it had an option to preview with an overlay of the photo

I would like to have seen a preview of my portrait before ordering. However, I know that Crown and Paw’s customer service is excellent and I know they will take care of it if I have any concerns about the portrait. Their customer service gets 5 stars!

I think that the process is extremely efficient and easy to understand, however, I wish there was an option to see how the combined picture and background will look to help the customer gauge if they want to use a separate picture. That is my only complaint! The rest is great

Really cool website and idea! I just ordered a 2 pets in one portrait but I wasn't sure if the left and right was my left and right or theirs but I could leave a note with my order so hopefully my male isn't wearing a dress haha

Thanks for sending your review, Mackayla! That would be your left and right when looking at the portrait :) Welcome to the Crown and Paw family!
