I havent received my order yet so I dont know how the product is but I am unhappy with the ATM fee I received - that I didnt authorize - in addition to my order payment. I have tried contacting this company with NO response. UPDATE: I changed my 2 star to 4 star. Someone finally got back to me and refunded the unauthorized charge.

I love this idea...its genius; However, it's quite pricey for middle America. I've been wanting the canvas for a long time and had to save up. Decided to get the poster to save some $$. Not something I'll do any time soon but only due to cost. Needed help figuring out why I couldn't see preview with my pet, but on line chat was very knowledgeable and helpful. After I closed the chat, I thought of another question so I entered chat again. After 19 minutes, no reply. I asked if anyone was there. 10 ,minutes later I finally got a reply then placed my order. Dont know why it took 30 minutes to get chat reply the 2nd time, but first time chat only took a few minutes for reply. Thanks for this novel idea, I love it and am eager to receive the product.

I would have like to see some Steampunk themes.

A lot of choice but I would like to be abble to have a preview of my product.

I love this concept. Everything is straightforward and the designs are great. My only wish is fit for an option to change colors for some of the body designs.

My experience was great. I just wish there was an option for a preview so I could be sure the photo i uploaded will come out ok.
