The finished product came out really nice! It took quite a few back and forth revisions with C&P before it was how I liked it. The one frustration I had was that I could not hear back nor communicate with the artists easily. There was limited info I could share each revision. If something could not be done, they would just send it back without any edits nor explanation. I felt that once the placement of the dog's head was there- they didn't really want to change it. Every edit was only allowed within the confines of the last edit. I thought major edits could be made, but it was only very minor edits. They couldn't do any major photoshopping. Overall though, the final product came out well and I was happy with it and so were the friends I gave it to.

My unique inquiry was replied to quickly, politely and helped me find the right product for my need. The only opportunity I encountered was being able to narrow down my search on the website. There were so many items listed under the few categories that were available, that it was somewhat tedious to navigate. Regardless, you offer a unique product at a fair price. I look forward to suprising my wife with a one of a kind way to honor and remember her departed cat.

Love all the fun options. It would be nice to see what the finished product would look like before you purchase it.

Fun to explore! The only think I noticed is there was a discount advertised for the St. Patrick's holiday that never kicked in during the check out, as it had mentioned. Perhaps I didn't clicking something along the way, or maybe the discount advertisment had not been removed as I placed my order the day after, but I'm happy to just pay the extra as these products are great! Can't wait to get my mug.

Great idea just wish they had some pictures to see with cat heads so u can get a better idea which ones looked good with cata i stead of dogs.

It is my fault too… when I approved the final look, I didn’t notice my bi-colored dogs eyes he’d been colored the same color before submitting my approval. So that was a bit disappointing. The poster is fun anyways.
