Placed my order a week ago and haven't heard back at all. Not sure if it will be here in time for Christmas, if my pictures went through okay or any response at all. Wouldve liked some kind of update after a week of ordering.

I was asked to review this before it was shipped. I was asked on a Friday and didn’t receive until the following Thursday. But my first reaction when I received the package…. Boy that’s small. $60 for an 8x10 is crazy! It’s a gift for my husband and naturally the kids will love it - I just wish it was a better value.

It was hard to understand the actual order. I received 2 order confirmations. It could be operational error but was a bit confusing.

Everything on the site is fine, but a blotched up image of how your end product will look would be nice so you can have an idea. Just a suggestion.

I purchased a 12” x 18” print on canvas of my son’s cat, using the “princess” print, as a Christmas gift. I submitted a full sunlight photo of the cat, but the proof they returned to me looked odd: the cat’s head when photoshopped into the print seemed oddly bright and glaringly white, while the background and body of the print had an antiqued/faded look. The contrast was quite jarring and destroyed the overall illusion of the print. I therefore rejected that version and instead submitted another photo that was less brightly lit. It seemed like a much more seamless fit when I was offered the updated proof for review. I received the canvas today and was sad to see that the headshot of the cat, once printed so large, seemed fuzzy and out of focus, while the body of the remaining print (clothing, background) is clear and sharp. It is disappointing - nothing like the seamless samples on the website. I no longer plan to give the canvas to my son and am now seeking another gift for him.

I ordered a poster for my parents to be a Christmas present. I received it yesterday and it's...fine. They'll like it. But basically, I was expecting it look like a painting and instead it looks like a mediocre photoshop job that I could have done myself. It's cute, but it is in no way worth $40. I was going to order one of my own dogs but I've changed my mind.
