Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

My changes to my canvas is never correct and I paid for a 12 X 18 canvas and keep getting a 8 X 10 to review and the photos were never changed on a prior review. I keep waiting for updates which never arrive.

Never got the artwork proof

Poor because you can't change your order. I accidentally got the wrong item and customer service was too slow to do anything about it. Site is not clear and now I have to have a product that I didn't want.

The ad makes it look like your pet will be in a portrait, but it's a really amateurish photoshop of your photo onto the body; they don't match. They don't even put a filter on it to make the texture match. When they showed me a preview, I asked if they could fix that issue, and ya know what they did? They just flipped the image so the dog was looking in the other direction! Haha. So I asked to cancel the order, they asked for another chance, I agreed and reiterated the problem they'd need to fix, and ya know what they did? Asked me to say what the problem was! Haha. When I'd already said it twice! A real joke of a company here folks. Then a lovely $10 USD + tax cancelling fee for all the hard work the "artist" put in. So you might even call it a scam.

It's unfortunate that the finished product doesn't look like the approved artwork. The dark colors on the blanket all seem to run together, so the brown background blends right in with the other dark colors. I would recommend not picking this photo layout if you plan to do a blanket.

My order has been sitting in a warehouse for four days without updates. Emails go unanswered and there is no phone number to call. After further investigation, turns out this is not uncommon for the company.

I thought I was paying for the art works on a canvas. and thenI had to pay again.

I get tons of emails from y’all, but have yet to get review confirmation of my item or that my photos have been accepted and my product is in production.
