I still have another 4-5 weeks before I see what I ordered, so hard to submit a review based on that. I can, however, review the website and ease of transaction... I followed an ad I saw on Instagram, so was navigating with my phone. There are so many different portrait options that I honestly could not tell a difference between many of them. If a single animal was used to show each version, it might be easier to see a difference. When uploading the picture, there is an example of a good photo and a poor photo choice. Would like more information and examples around this, I have no idea if my photo was acceptable. Excited to see the finished product, hope to see a proof before it’s sent.

I love the products/options that are available, the whole I idea is hilarious and adorable! I just wish that the site would show you either a quick sneak peak of your photos in the painting (obviously not perfect, but to give an idea of what it will look like) or at least a confirmation of the photos you chose when you are checking out. It only shows the stock picture, so it's not really clear that any photos were chosen at all. However! I worked with the help chat, and they (shoutout to Jantzen) were SO helpful and got my pictures verified! :)

Great website, easy to navigate. Super simple to upload a picture even on the mobile browser

I wish there was a way to preview the painting before ordering. It would be nice to have this option in case a different picture would be better.

I have just placed an order. Haven’t received yet but the quality of the work on the website looks amazing.

I wish there were more options of 4 plus pets. The 4 pets did work but I could have added 2 more. Also I wish we could see a preview. I guess we will see how it all turns out!
