Website is easy to use but some sort of preview of what was ordered (or assurance the photo meets the needs) would make it excellent. Particularly appreciate the fact I don't need to create an account.

🍆🍆
Entertaining! A feature to “preview” what your photo will look like would drive a lot of traffic your way.

Really excited to see the painting. Just wish there was a way to see the preview so you know what pic to select of your pet!

The Crown & Paw website is cute and funny. I was able to place my order but there is room for improvement. I would appreciate more of a search capability by the specific name of ‘artwork’ instead of ‘Search from A-Z’ or ‘Search from Z-A’. I shouldn’t have to scroll through the other ‘artwork’ to get to a specific one I want to see. Also, once I placed my order I was unable to view the photo I attached to the specific ‘artwork’ I ordered for each dog. i.e. My order simply shows “the Baroness” but not the photo I attached for my artwork choice or “the Dutchess” but again it doesn’t show the specific photo I attached for that artwork order. It would be nice to have the option to preview the order. And some of the artwork advertised seems to be of poor cutout quality and weird angles/profiles (i.e. the military ones, the female police officer- it’s a generic and not realistic or at least it’s an uncommon uniform with corporal stripes?, etc.). I can only guess you don’t get many orders for those ones because they look cheaply/poorly done. Some of the advertised artwork seems like more time should have been taken using photoshop to position the animal’s head and size accordingly to the artwork. Just offering some constructive feedback to improve the company’s website. Signed, a customer who purchased 3 canvasses.

Easy to use but wish they would have but it would be great if there was a way to place your pets head on the potential/chosen portrait choice.

Thank you for the feedback, Nila! We've gone ahead and added this as a suggestion in our system. Thanks for being part of the Crown and Paw family :)

It would have been helpful to have the search field on all pages instead of just the Home page. But everything else was great!
Response from Crown & PawJul 27, 2020
Thanks for your honest feedback, Ashley. Not sure why it didn't show on your end, but there's a search button on the upper right corner of every page on the website. We'll have this checked to and make sure that your next visit would be as seamless as possible :) We're glad to have you as a member of the Crown and Paw community!
