This is one of those sites that unfortunately has zero respect for their customers or their wishes. If I take the time to unclick the button that says please don't inundate me with 8 million spam messages then please refrain. Huge "pet" peeve of mine. Then you email them to politely ask them to stop and its "oh, gee.. all YOU have to do is create an account and unsubscribe and write a 600 word essay about why you don't want me hiding in your bushes and going through your garbage. Enough. I purchased one item hooping to love it and ordered a bunch more. I got the confirmation. Great. Then an invitation to invite friends. Then an invitation to review the website followed by an invitation to review the product. Then an email about the other 800 products they offer. I mean, dude... its a dog picture. I have no idea what im going to get for 80 dollars but I certainly didn't plan on spending 6 hours playing clear my inbox because you're more excited than a freshman with a prom.date. breathe, bud... breathe. Too much, too soon.

I paid for my picture. I was sent an email to approve the image. I requested a change and I have never heard back from them. There is no customer service number and I’ve sent multiple emails and no one has gotten back to me. So frustrated!

So far this has been a terrible experience. I’ve received two proofs that were equally disappointing. The quality of the image and workmanship are really sub-standard and nothing close to the examples they show on their website and promotions. I provided feedback on the work twice with no acknowledgement and tried to contact them directly through the website with no response. It looks like the just slapped the image of an outfit over my cat with zero attempt to make it look even remotely like he was wearing the outfit. I have seen better filters on my phone apps. Since that time I’ve looked up Crown & Paw on the better business Bureau and found many similar complaints. I should have done more research. So far It has been a total waste of money and even worse, a total waste of my time.

After receiving the art to review, I didnt like it at all. The heads looked out of proportion. After a few revisions, I decided to cancel my order. I was charged a $10 fee because I didn't cancel within 24 hours of ordering... but I didn't even receive the art to review in 25 hours. Very disappointing. NEVER AGAIN.

Before I submitted the picture for the art to be created, I was assured through chat support that the artists could use two pictures to create the final piece. The person in chat told me that the artist could pull the pictures from the chat session. When I got sent the first draft of the image, the little bubble that I requested on my dog's nose (from the second picture) was not there. I tried explaining through chat support on several occasions and through email but nobody could understand my request and nobody could look at those chat logs to see what I was talking about. You guys kept asking me to send the "other" picture to change, but I didn't want to change the picture, all I wanted was a little bubble to be added to my dog's nose because it's part of her daily personality. I finally approved the art without the bubble because it's a gift for my wife and at this point it won't be able to be given to her on her special day. Very unfortunate that you can promise something and not deliver.

I loved the photo but it was printed upside down and I can’t hang it. I contacted Crown and Paw but I have heard nothing in response.

I am very disappointed, that the product was advertised in Canadian dollars. I thought I was paying $69.90 cad but then mysteriously charged $69.90 USD. Also nobody has responded to my emails, so it’s obvious this is intentional

I made a mistake n my order and there’s no way to modify, call anyone I can find, and I’ve emailed customer support 3xs with no answer.
