I had an issue with one of my pictures-so I did not sign off on it and now I am apparently stuck in purgatory as I cannot get anyone to answer my emails for the past week and a half. There is no phone number listed on their website so you are at the mercy of email. They took my money right away on 11/6 and I am still waiting.........

I ordered the 3 musketeers portrait of my cats. I sent pictures of each one. I received an email from them stating there was a problem with one of the pictures I submitted and showed me which picture needed to be replaced. So I sent another picture of the cat and when the proofs were ready the portrait had only 2 of my cats. The cats on each end were the same cat but different photos. They sent the wrong picture to replace. I've been trying to contact the company and I sent 3 emails with pictures of the third cat but I have not heard back from them. My opinion is thumbs down on customer service.

306241 i had a ticket open to fix this order, and sent the two pictures I wanted because the website wont allow me to upload another photo. Currently this picture has the same dog on both bodies. This is very expensive but seemed worth it if we could capture both dogs. I dont want a picture with the same dog on two bodies. At this point, I would rather a refund.

Absolutely terrible! I'm so frustrated! I must be on revision #10 now and you still don't have it right! The first one you sent looked so bad I thought it was a joke. I would tell you to revise things and then you changed other things that I didn't want to be revised. Eventually I got so mad that you couldn't get it right that I just said fine go back to the last revision because it was okay enough and you couldn't even do that without messing it up even more! Keep copies of your revisions and do what makes sense and what looks good! It feels like you hardly put any time into it and I couldn't be more dissatisfied especially for what I paid.
