F&Q needs to be updated to include the process for downloadable prints. I received two separate emails to conduct the download the day of the print shipment. But that was unclear, so I also spoke to the website chat service. I didn't know the download would be its own email. I didn't if it was going to be instructions delivered when I received the print itself... It was just generally unclear. Prints look great though, and my niece loved seeing her pets all dolled up!
