I ordered a picture over a week ago and I have heard nothing but this email demanding that I write a review

Are you kidding me? I have written in twice about an order that has not even been sent to an artist and it’s been a week, and you’re asking me for a review? Yet you cannot be bothered to reply to my messages asking about my order? Very disappointed. Heard such great things about this company but I guess I will have to find another company to order silly pet products.

Poor customer support.

Cool design but very very low quality of the cushion. When it arrived on one side some of the filling came out because it was not properly sewed. The stitching is about to open. I.. S

I ordered and paid for my poster on Saturday November 14, received confirmation email stating I’d receive an email within 2-3 to approve the picture, no email has come. So essentially I’ve donated $75 for nothing. And what’s worse, immediately after ordering my poster, I got swindled with their 20% off coupon for next purchase and ordered one as a gift for a friend. Same deal. Nothing. The second poster was $60. I also emailed via the website to try to find out what’s going on. Enjoy the donation. You clearly need it if you can’t honor a service you’re marketing literally everywhere.

I have purchased a product and received an email that I would get an email proof in a couple of days. I have not received any proof for over a week. Very disappointed.

Picture came damaged. No response yet from customer service. It has been 24 hours.

I still haven’t even seen that this has shipped bc a review artwork email has been sent 4 times and I ask questions for an edit and just get the same picture with no revision. Horrible service
