The art work is stellar. The ease of placing your order is fantastic. The time from order to ship is as good as it gets. The fact that the site makes it seem as if you are going to have a frame included is a fail. I do not want to be overly critical but for the price I would think that a simple frame could be part of the deal even a plastic one would suffice for me.

Great site; only suggestion for improvement would be to allow you to see the photos you’ve selected as you checkout, just to confirm everything is correct.

I loved the picture and portrait but the photo I chose was the incorrect one. I tried several times to go back and edit the cart but had a difficult time doing so! The photo used had flash so her ears and snot had a lot of white which if we were to look at the photo incorrectly edited. So my recommendation would be once we are checking out to actually see what our photo looks like. I was not able to view after that fact. The site is not 100% user friendly in terms of actually viewing what photo you chose after the fact. Don’t get me wrong I am definitely ordering more but would love an improvement when checking out.

I had some questions, so I used the chat feature and was totally taken care of. From the start, she answered all my questions and even helped me choose the right photo that the artists could best work with. A+ for customer service! The only reason I deducted a star is because the sample photos on the website aren't always easy to see - sometimes they feature an actual pet posing with the photo (cute idea!), but sometimes the pet was featured foremost, which makes it difficult to see the painting. Super excited for my bestie to get this digital painting of his amazing fur baby!

Super easy to use, just wish there were a way to preview your piece of art. JUST place my order, so can’t attest to the finished product, but the shopping and purchase were super easy!

Website was easy to navigate. If you provided a preview (watermarked to prevent stealing), the process would be five stars.
