It has been a week and I haven’t even received a sketch from the artist yet. They asked for a review now so here it is.

I HAVE PAID FOR A GIFT CARD AND TRIED TO REDEEM AND IT SAYS MY ORDER DOESNT EXIST. I HAD PLANNED ON BUYING MANY GIFT CARDS FOR XMAS GIFTS BUT THERE IS NO WAY WITH THIS PROBLEM. IT HAS TAKEN AGES FOR YOU TO RESPOND TO MY REQUESTS FOR HELP AND IT IS NOW TOO LATE TO PURCHASE FOR XMAS - REALLY POOR EXPERIENCE

Advertise 30% off all over the place and went to order but could not find where to enter the code. Finished and thought the order would update but it didn’t. Went to cancel so I could try again and resubmit the information but this process is no where to be found....

It has been a week and I havent received the first design proposal nor any Information regarding the progress of the order

I'm having a very difficult time communicating with Crown & Paw's customer service. On top of that, you get charged $10 if you want to cancel your order (because they won't respond to you!). Terrible service unfortunately.

Have been trying to get in touch with customer service for 4 days to confirm my order and no answer

I asked for a redo of my proof. I am still waiting. Paid $75.00 with no results
