I ordered a portrait of my pup as a christmas present for a family member. I got the confirmation and no order ever arrived to my email. I followed up with Customer service and am still unsure where my order stands or if it exists. I am glad I ordered the digital print only, as I would have been extremely upset if I had spent $50 on a frame or canvas.

They deceive you into thinking that you get free shipping, and then when you get to the end and hit “pay” it recalibrates and tells you that you actually have to pay $9.95 for shipping. It’s dishonest
