That's a funny thing!! :D I ordered a portrait for two dogs my nephew had, because he had a birthday and I wanted to gift something that he would never forget. If portraits are hung in front of your eyes, you will definitely remember your pets, even they pass away... But, no time for speaking about sad things! These guys are great for me, because they have helped me to make an unforgettable gift for a close person! These portraits can be made with different styles, my choice was modern. And... Damn that is just awesome, nephew was on the seventh heaven from happiness!

Ordering the little blanket was fine and easy. Checking out was a bit of a problem. When you said you would pay with PayPal, it directed me to choose which car, and I did, then it would not check out. Evidently, you really had to fill out the address, etc. in order to actually activate PayPal. A bit frustrating but other than that, everything was fine. Can’t wait to see the proof! Pam

I was offered a discount through text from a robot that claimed to be real. When I asked it a question, it ignored and proceeded. The purchase went through at full price and the "real person" would respond to see if they could retroactively attach the discount. This can change if it's resolved. Update, there was no issue with canceling and re-ordering. Product came out great, the only reason it's not a 5 is because of the ordeal that took place. Resolved or not, it happened.

They were very helpful and was able edit the artwork efficiently and effectively.

Very unique, my husband will love the pillow with our 2 spoiled cats! I wonder if it would be possible to make the website display all products featuring 2 pets so one doesn’t have to scroll through so many single pet products? I would have found that helpful. I’ll be back for the holidays

It's a well organized site and the prompts for going through the customization and uploads are clear. Browsing could be made a little easier. For example: options for showing more items on a page, and using page numbers at the bottom so you can go back to specific result pages without having to go through each individual page (so say you saw something on the second page of you 20 pages of results. A link to go back directly to page 2).

I found the website a little hard to navigate. I didn't realize that I could only submit my pet's name after purchase and spent time looking for where to submit the name. Also, live chat doesn't allow much time, only minutes, to get a response. However, the rep who followed up with me was very nice and was helpful, so I appreciate that.

There was a glitch for a while that I couldn't delete items for my cart which was frustrating
