I ordered from Crown & Paw after it was featured in the New York Times gift guide. While the experience of placing my order went smoothly, and I loved the artwork that the artist put together, the timelines that Crown & Paw provides are wildly off base. I placed an order one month ago, and just today received the first of the two items I ordered. When I login on the website, I still don't have any estimate for when the second item will be printed & shipped. While I'm happy with my first item, I would advise anyone ordering from C&P to order at least 2-3 months before the item is needed.

I like how they offer fun and creative services for pet owners who are looking to turn their furry friends into a masterpiece! They really captured the likeness of my dog- the quality of their work is very awesome!!! However, their customer service took quite a long time to confirm my order.

Not sure , after placing order, my own pet’s photo will be used. Couldn’t see a preview.

I recently purchased a custom pet portrait here from Crown & Paw and I was utterly disappointed with the final product. The colors in the portrait did not match the photos I submitted and the overall quality was subpar. Customer service also was so slow to repsond and wasn't very helpful in resolving the issue.

I never got an order number but then I had to have it to preview my order so I couldn’t see it.

The art is great! However, the web site was a nightmare. First of all, it promised a 10% discount for first time orders. Then it offered 30% discount for first time orders. Neither discount code worked at checkout. When I tried to redo my order to access the discount, I was in the UK; I live in California! So, I had to try AGAIN and just accepted the price with no discount. The picture will be beautiful; the artists are really good at this, looking forward to seeing the picture of my French poodle in front of the Eiffel Tower. But I was very frustrated and then let down by the promise of a discount that I could never get.

You site ordering is glitchy and slow. Igor my order done, but changing my mind or editing was a pain.Even the date of writing this review came up wrong & I had to edit.

Under the options, when I click on “choose your costume”, it continually took me to the “photo guide.” I had to use a different avenue to pick the costume. Also, there is no explanation of what “Skip the artwork Queue” is for, until after it’s in the cart. After the shipping section, the tab to continue to payment reads “continue to shipping.” I would say the website needs some attention to detail.
