Very difficult website to use. I could not find a customer service number. I was in the hospital so I was unable to take better pictures that you said had bad resolution. I tried emailing with in the 24 hour window to cancel the order and start over and no one got back to me. It was for order #321340 I hope you refund for the product that does not turn out, as I have tried many methods to get assistance from you with no success.

I cannot rate fully as I have been sitting at the stage where the artist is still viewing it. I resubmitted it twice with a few questions but no feedback, and now it is just stuck.

Cute idea! But the Artist‘s first rendering of our Papillon was not accurate, his butterfly ears were not like they looked in our photo, the revision was worse, still waiting for the third revision so my review is one star.

Why are you sending me a review request when you haven’t even sent me the proof that you promised me would be coming to review? I’ll probably ask for my money back just so you know. Not impressed so far!
